We were a long-term customer of the legacy businesses (Giannone and then Stallion)that in recent years joined the family of “Service Experts, LLC”, a publicly traded company. Stallion Heating, Plumbing & Air Conditioner Contractors, now a “Service Experts, LLC” company was very fortunate to absorb the absolutely “Best of the Best” Sakes and Service Specialists during the acquisition. That provided incredible continuity of quality services reflected for decades by the Team of Service Experts of Giannone and later Stallion. The relationships and stellar quality of service for which Stallion has been known, as well as all the good will of Stallion came over to “Service Experts”. In particular Nick Mcinnis! A stellar Service Expert, Manager and now a Residential Sales Consultant is among the most knowledgeable Heat/AC/HVAC:Plumbing experts I have ever known. Nicks excellent relationships with legacy and new customers, his attention to detail during assessments, overseeing installations and providing guidance to Service Experts in the field from his extensive knowledge is clearly foundational to the “Stallion” Brand of “Service Experts”. The Service Experts of both the Service Team and Installation Team are extremely knowledgeable, efficient, customer-focused (pleasant, courteous, clean) and provide high quality service. The take personal pride in the job completed to the highest standards and to the satisfaction of the Customer. We’ve now had Stallion complete multiple initial installations, preventive maintenance (a key to the life span of the equipment) and complete replacement of systems they installed decades ago with new high-efficiency models of boilers, hot water systems and HVAC’s. Stallion has been our “Go To” for decades and will continue to be our “Go To” for all needs. We highly recommend their “Preventive Maintenance Program” to keep essential equipment running well throughout the year in every season. Photos below show before and after of a Heating-Hot water system originally installed over 20 yrs ago and the finished replacement system. They are extremely knowledgeable, professional, efficient, customer service oriented business providing the highest quality service with a commitment to customer satisfaction. Michael came out today for a scheduled boiler maintenance/assessment and was professional, quick and efficient. He gave a detailed and thorough explanation of how our heating system was running and what we could expect in the future. He answered any questions I had and helped us renew our membership (highly recommended). Another great experience from Stallion. Our boiler stopped working one day so we Googled around for some assistance. Found Stallion and gave them a call. Scheduled a tech for the next day after 2:00 but he called that morning to say he would be there much earlier, which was a welcome surprise. Our tech, Jourdon, wore shoe covers, was masked, and was very polite/professional. He diagnosed the issue and fixed it on the spot (he also walked me through what he was doing in real time for my own curiosity/knowledge). He also let us know about the maintenance plan they offer (something we will be considering toward the end of the summer). Overall, a great experience.
